So, to make a long story short about Morp, it was canceled but an even more alternative dance has commenced because of the cancellation. Tomorrow at 8:00pm the doors of Dragon Chasers (209 West Calder Way) will open to a world of Delta students who are dancing it up to the theme Irish Pub Night. Since it is not sanctioned by the Delta staff, (which was made very clear by Cheryl and Kiki) everyone is invited which is why I'm putting something on this thing which one one reads anyway but I figured I might as well.

Creatures of Habit will be opening and then closing at 9:30 or 10:00pm to 11:00pm, Walnut Payback will be playing.

It should be a fun time, especially with a theme like Irish Pub Night. Good times will be had by all.

Cover: Five dollars
When: Friday May 25th 8:00pm-11:00pm
Where: Dragon Chaser's Emporium (209 W.
Another Walnut Payback Endeavor?

Well guys, we have been called upon yet again to preform at a Delta function. This time it's the Amnesty Dance who has wished for our presents! All of us are very excited and ready to get people to dance, spend their money, and show some support for a good cause. We, the Walnut Payback folks, were so excited about playing for a Delta dance that we came up with two... that's right TWO brand new original songs! If that's not incentive enough to come February 10th to the Delta auditorium, I don't know what is! So, if you're one of the good kids who got a ticket all ready, GOOD JOB! For the rest of the Delta kids who haven't/are not sure if they want to go, GET YOUR ASS OFF THE COUCH AND BUY A TICKET! For those of you who have graduated or are not a Delta student and you want to come along, you'll need to get one of your currently enrolled buddies to get you a ticket. It should be a really great show. Tokyo Vertigo and Creatures of Habit (a State High band) will be opening and then around 9:00 we'll be hitting the stage for some good ol' fashion dancin' music!'

Got anymore questions? Leave a comment on Walnut Payback's myspace!
http://www.myspace.com/walnutpayback

What: Delta Amnesty Dance
When: Friday February 10th 7:00pm-10:00pm
Where: The Delta/Fairmount Auditorium
Why: Supports the Delta chapter of Amnesty International

So, I lost in my form section of the tournament because everyone was bias and shitty BUT I kicked everyone's ass in sparring. Now I have a huge 6 foot first place trophy sitting in my room. SOOOOO SEXYYYYYYY! I made a friend too. She participates in Songahm TKD (the style I did until Jeff said no more) so we talked about that for awhile. It was great! Then I made her cry because I hit her in the stomach and made her lose her breath. I swear I didn't hit her that hard. Either way, we're not friends anymore. Sheesh... you're not supposed to take that stuff personally. If I did I wouldn't be good friends with Devan... Oh well, I'll probably never see her again. It made my day though and it helped me get less nervous.

I got to bound with Master Chaar and Matt (a fellow first degree blackbelt) through a three hour which was supposed to be a two hour drive to where ever we went. Somewhere near the poconos. Yeah, anywho, I had a blast and I can't want to do it again!
Time for the weekly addition of Stupid Shit Sarah Has Done! Whoohoo...

1. Last Tuesday I decided to give blood again since I can and it's just a good thing to do if you can. So, afterward I decide to hang with my friends and then head down to Taekwondo about three or four hours later. Not only am I very weak and more sweaty than usual, during form practice (and learning if you're in the position I am which is learning 10 new forms as quickly as possible) I start to black out for a good thirty seconds to a minute and decide to sit down. Moral of the story, do not do hardcore physical activity after giving blood. I know the Red Cross people tell you that after you're done donating, but I'm an idiot that has to learn things by first hand experience.

2. Yesterday I was flipping burgers on our family's grill and couldn't get the damn veggie burgers off the tin foil. Being the smart kid I am, I decided to press on the foil with right index finger and flip the burgers with the spatula in my left hand. Needless to say, I burned myself... now I have a callus thing on my finger but it hurt like a bitch. I couldn't play guitar for a good 15 minutes. Moral of the story, don't touch hot things with your bare hands; it hurts a lot.

3. This morning my mom and I went driving around Park Forest with my mom. I was doing alright until I almost hit the exit sign at the Park Forest Pool. I got the gas and break pedals mixed up in my head and drove over the curb and finally stopped about a foot away from the sign. My mom almost had a heart attack and I felt like a moron. Moral of the story, if you're going to drive, make sure you're around curbs 'cause they stop you before hitting things.

::Gasp:: what's this? Am I writing in this livejournal again? Yep I am! You guys better comment or else I won't keep it dammit.

So, not much has happened lately. I had a job at Backyard Burger for exactly five days and then decided not to show up ever again. I recently started working at Denny's. Skanky ass place for potheads... People are nice there. Not that I've talked to anyone but the lady with black teeth who speaks the wonderful 'I'm from hickville so you won't understand me' language. So basically I had to figure it out myself but honestly, dishwashing, not the hardest thing I've ever done. By the way, it's one of the most disgusting jobs ever and I think I like it. Oh, and if you're a gay boy and wants to look at pretty boys come work at Denny's because all the gay guys seem to be shifted during 9:00pm.

School started on friday. Dating possibilities are looking pretty bleak. Not completely out of the question 'cause I thought I wasn't going to date last year and look what happened. Everything else seemed pretty awesome though. My clump is pretty sweet and my classes look interesting (by the desciption since we haven't started them yet). I'm not looking forward to lifting weights again. I haven't in three months so it's gonna suck ass seeing my weight sheet and not being able to lift as much as I did in june. But I mean, I have been doing taekwondo a lot so maybe that's helped. Anywho... what else is there to say...

I GOT MY PERMIT!

Thus endeth the livejournal entry.

Softball (the Parks and Rec one not Delta) sucked today. We were trampled on by Abbie's team (not really a surprise) and I did a few stupid things that cost a base or two to be taken. Stupid, stupid me. I also missed a half an hour of TKD to go to the damn game which always makes me a little annoyed. So, when the game doesn't go nicely for my team, I get a little angry. But.....

WALNUT PAYBACK IS PLAYING AT MORP!!! Everyone come see us! WHOOOO!!! I really hope we don't suck like No Points Scored. That would make me very sad if people were like 'yeah, that Walnut shit sucked'.

And I need to shave my legs and hang out with Taz because I haven't seen him all day. T-Dawg is my homeslice. I get way too attached to my dogs...

<lj:music>Long Slow Goodbye- Queens of the Stone Age</lj:music>

I got a little aggressively angry at the science substitute today. She didn't believe my name was Sarah so she acted like an ass and then made me tell her what my middle initial was. Then she asked if I got that a lot and I said 'yes, yes I do. Thank you, though'. Later on she called on me and used male pronouns and wouldn't call me Sarah, so, I yelled at her... no, I didn't yell but I interrupted her and asked what she called me. In the beginning of the class she was really ignorant sounding and head strong but when I asked her what she had called me she got really quiet and stuff. It was kind of cool. I'm really tired of that kind of bullshit and I'm done staying quiet about it. Stupid bitch... Seriously, did she not see the boobs? They're like... RIGHT THERE! What the hell... Emma and I laughed about that one for awhile. She looked like a turtle with no neck.

I think I pulled my peck muscle but that doesn't matter because...

WALNUT PAYBACK LIVES!!

<lj:music>The Ghost Woman And The Hunter- Lacuna Coil</lj:music>

Today was the blood giving day! It was so sweet and kind of painful but there were cookies and stuff so that made up for it. Maggie (not Lee) had a hankering to puke but I don't think she did. I hope she didn't... Puking is the worst thing. Well, there are worse things. I'm thinking waiting for the Red Cross lady to poke you with the needle is pretty horrible. All the nervousness builds up and you're like 'oh god... maybe I should leave'. Then you get poked and all is good and burny which is icky but not too bad.

Devan brought his Cold Stone gift certificate so he took Corey and I out for some ice-cream. I had a headache and I was really dizzy but after the ice-cream I felt better. After the ice-cream we headed to Webster's and talked about what we wanted to play for the SAP picnic. Then I realized I left my wallet at Cold Stone (I had to buy the waffle bowl) so we walked back and got the wallet. Then Corey and I went home on the bus. I really like riding the bus with Corey. It's a lot better than riding alone and Corey's one fun kid.

After dinner my sister and I were being really obnoxious. I decided to tuck my shirts around my boobs and act like a psycho latino lady which was pretty entertaining if I do say so myself. Then my sister locked herself outside and I didn't let her back in until my mom started to yell at me.

Now I must work on songs and then read some part of the bible that I won't remember in the morning. Whoo!

    <lj:music>Rain- Breaking Benjamin</lj:music>

The Blood Drive is tomorrow! I'm giving blood! ...hopefully. Ben did the most amazing thing today. Okay, so there was a bunch of us sitting in the hallway talking (not very loudly) and Marilyn comes out and says we're being too noisy and stuff. Then Ben totally goes off on her saying how she's being confrontational and Marilyn tries to play it cool but it's obvious she's hurt and a little angry. She asked us if she was being confrontational and Jasmine said yes and I grunted. Then she said "Well, I'm open for feedback from anyone other than Mr. Fail". That totally set Ben off and both of them went to Cheryl's office to talk/fight some more. May 4th is now Ben Fail Day. That whole incident totally made my day. As did the whole making fun of Sara (the teacher) and having her laugh about it. Good times.

This is why I hate CLC. So, I'm going into the bathroom to change and I smell the smell of poop. I don't think anything about it because hey, it's a bathroom. It smelled more pungent than the usual poo smell you smell in bathrooms but I was too tired to really care... I also really needed to pee. So, I leave and Denise comes over and tells me not to go in there because someone smeared shit on the walls of one of the stalls. I look at Devan and we both know that I'm going to have to go in there and look for myself. So I did, and there it was! The toilet was clogged with poop and toilet paper and there were watermark looking things that had hand prints in them (the poop). It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in real life. I hate CLC, I hate the kids that go there for the most part, and I hope that kid that did the poop smearing is caught and sent directly to hell... or to me where she (I'm assuming the kid is a she because it was in the girls bathroom) can endure the punishments I come up with for all eternity. CLC NEEDS TO DIE!
